A Ravens Tale.

Nevermore Forevermore

Upon the eve, in shadows drear,
A raven’s wing, whispers near.
Nevermore, its mournful cry,
Echoes through the midnight sky.

In ebony plumes, a tale unfolds,
A symphony of stories, darkness holds.
A haunting refrain, a sombre lore,
Nevermore, forevermore.

Silhouetted ‘gainst the moon’s pale gleam,
A spectral spectre, a poet’s dream.
Each feathered utterance, a haunting score,
Nevermore, forevermore.

Through realms of night, the raven soars,
A harbinger of melancholy, it implores.
In the hush of midnight’s ancient core,
Nevermore, forevermore.
